Coombe Lodge finished Refubishment

The latest phase of 3 Bedrooms at Coombe Lodge has now been completed, adding to the original 9 bedrooms. These three rooms include two family rooms, with a double and two single beds, a very comfortable way for a family to stay the night. Each also includes an ensuite bathroom, this time tiled with beautiful Eau Di Nil coloured metro tiles, befitting the 1930’s origins of the house. Once again, we commissioned some artwork from the brilliant photographer Nick Wilcox Brown, all featuring local landscapes.

By the time I left it was dark outside, and I took some photographs of the lovely glasshouses in the walled garden, all lit up, and filled with stunning dahlia’s grown by Coombe’s gardener John. The glasshouse renovations was part of a previous project I worked on, and its pleasing to see these once delapidated and rotting structures looking so full of life.
