Converted Garage creates new En-Suite Guest Bedroom

This property is a stunning house in Sneyd Park, with amazing Avon Gorge views. The owner’s wanted to create an additional Guest Bedroom with En Suite, and because of the surrounding topography, converting party of the garage was the most straightforward way to achieve this.

I got Planning & Building Regulations permissions for this work, and went back this week to see the finished article.

The owners have decorated in a beautiful woodland themed Osborne & Little wallpaper, Orla Kiely linen and chosen stunning textured Porcelanosa tiles in the En Suite (see below).

 

They still retain a sizeable storage garage, and have created a perfectly proportioned new guest room.
