On the way to a site visit in Bath this morning, I made a diversion to see one of my completed projects. In the small village of Weston, just outside Bath, Highcroft Veterinary Group have opened another clinic, to add to their successful branches in and around Bristol. I have a long association with Highcroft, and was only too pleased to work on their new Weston facility.

The building, which is listed,  housed a struggling food outlet and had A1 planning usage. I got planning permission with consent for signage, and Listed Building Consent,  for a change of use, and for internal and external alterations to the premises.  Following this, I also made a Building Regulations application, designing the construction details so a contractor could start on site.

The Veterinary clinic is now open and has quickly become a successful and popular addition to Weston.
