Commissions, Submissions & Permissions, Spring 2014

Spring has well and truly sprung in Bristol!  I’ve had a number of new projects to work on in the first part of 2014,  and I’m looking forward to a well earned Easter weekend break.

ACHD has been commissioned to design and seek permission for extensions & alterations to several houses in Winterbourne, Thornbury and Downend, and also properties in  Monmouthshire, Emerson’s Green, Flintshire, Bishopsworth, Bradley Stoke, Frenchay, Westbury,  Henleaze & Brislington.

I’ve also got planning & building regulation permission for:a side double storey extension in Alveston, a side and rear extension to a house in Little Stoke, designed an extension and received Building Regulations permission to enlarge a kitchen in Bridgeyate, planning for a double storey side extension in Emerson’s Green, planning & building regulations permissions for a new driveway, carport and internal modifications in Downend, planning permission for a roof extension to a bungalow in Backwell, planning & building regulations for extensions to a care home in Bishopsworth, planning & building regulations for a rear extension and garage conversion in Little Stoke, Building regulations for a loft conversion at a B&B in Southville, planning for a garage in Patchway, planning & building regulations for a new porch in Downend and planning & building regulations for an Orangery extension to a Listed Building near Bath, and we’ve also worked on Pre-Planning Applications for a development of houses in the Mendips, and for 10 apartments in central Bristol.

With the weather improving, a lot of people start thinking about alterations to their home and garden, so if you’ve got a project in mind, getting in touch with Alexandra Cork Home Designs could be the first step to making it a reality!

Hope everyone has a great bank holiday break.

Alex
