Cleracres Cattery- New clinic

I have a long history of working with the Highcroft Veterinary Group  http://www.highcroftvet.co.uk/ , who have a busy, popular and expanding group of veterinary practices in Bristol and the surrounding area, and are run by a couple of the nicest people I’ve ever met. When they asked me to help the equally lovely Cathy Baker, at her very popular and well regarded cattery in Woollard, Cleracres http://www.cleracres.co.uk/, I was delighted to get involved. Cathy and the Highcroft team had hatched a plan to offer cat orientated veterinary services to cats and their owners at Cleracres, and needed to design and get planning for a clinic to be built there.

The planning permission for this was not easy to gain, but we were successful, and after getting building regulation approval, work eventually began on site. The clinic opened last week, and everyone is delighted with the end result. Initially the clinic will be manned for a few hours every monday, wednesday and friday, offering vaccinations, worming and other treatments, and of course, will mean a vet is regularly on site if any cats fall ill during their stay.

The new clinic is adjoining the reception area, and used to be a double garage. This made it a relatively simple and cheap to convert. The room is bright, light and spacious. The clinic already has its first bookings, and everyone is delighted with the development.
