This property in Winterbourne, South Glos, had a large one and two storey extension added to the rear, to create a fourth bedroom upstairs, and a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor. ACHD gained planning and building regulation approvals, which also included permission to widen the existing garage so it could more easily be used as a games space.
