This lovely extension, completed last spring, replaced a small lean to conservatory, which was a make shift utility. The conservatory had all the normal issues of heat loss and gain also very noticeable lean! The owners replaced it with this single storey extension, creating a proper utility, ground floor WC, and garden room- adjoining their kitchen/diner.
