This single storey, Bath stone rear and side extension replaced an old garage, and small flat roofed extension, creating a beautifully finished kitchen/diner, new attached garage and shower room.

The extension is finished in Bath stone, matching the original detailing, but with a modern flat roof, allowing for brilliant ceiling height throughout. A rooflight floods the extension with light.
Internally a lovely U shaped kitchen has been created, with a peninsula and a high bank of storage, which leads to a dining/seating space. The prefab detached garage has been replaced with a new attached store, and in addition the owners now have a small ground floor WC and showeroom.
