This project, in Larkhall, Bath, added side and rear dormers to this 1950’s house, in order to create a new loft bedroom. Getting permission for dormers in the Bath conservation area can be tricky, but this design appeased the planning department and create a lovely new bedroom, by adding a gabled side dormer and small rear flat roof dormer. The owners have beautifully decorated it, creating a really special space!
