Garage & Utility, Nailsea

This semi detached property in Nailsea was in need of some love, when the current owners bought it.

The house had an original outbuilding in the side return, with a concrete canopy which linked the two structures. The owners wanted to demolish this and replace it with a more useful attached garage/store, with a small utility and WC to the rear. We designed and gained permissions for this work.

The new garage extension really smartens and freshens the front of the property, and adds more practical, water tight and convenient storage and facilities for the property.
