Alexandra Cork Home Designs obtained Building Regulations consent for this loft conversion in Southville. A large rear dormer and helped to create this light, bright, and deceptively spacious loft bedroom, and bijou en-suite. Juliet Balcony and french doors lead to a fabulous view of the Suspension Bridge. We worked with a structural engineer to detail a basic design, and produce working drawings.
