Alexandra Cork Home Designs is experienced in work for commercial premises, to date having completed:

Planning Applications for change of use on commercial properties;

Gaining permission for several new veterinary clinics in the South West;

Overseeing and gaining building regulations for the redesign and refurbishment of an existing veterinary hospital;

Gaining planning & building regulations for a new shop frontage in Yate town centre;

Creating two new children’s pre-school/nurseries in North Somerset;

The renovation of an entirely derelict building in Blagdon, creating a light, bright office space.
