Commissions, Submissions & Permissions- Autumn 2013

2013 has been an incredibly busy year so far for Alexandra Cork Home Designs- and the last few months have been no exception. I’ve recently been commissioned to carry out the following projects:

Building Regulations for a new build bungalow (which we recently got planning permission for) in Somerset, A two storey side extension in Bristol, a two storey rear and side extension in Emerson’s Green, a show home interiors project in Gloucestershire, a listed building extension & interiors project near Bath, and a garage conversion and extension in South Gloucestershire.

I’ve recently submitted planning applications for a house in Bristol & one in South Glos, an oak framed extension in Gloucestershire, and a large kitchen extension near Almondsbury, and Building Regulations for a new side dormer near Winterbourne, a two storey side & one storey rear extension near Patchway. 

And most importantly I’m delighted to have had permissions for planning on a large home extension in South Glos, a new veterinary clinic at an established Cattery, an Oak Framed sun room & porch near Thornbury  and Building regulations for a large annexe near Bath. Several interiors projects have been undertaken, including a new reception in an established veterinary clinic and 3 new hotel bedrooms & bathrooms, which are also nearing completion- photos to follow soon!
